Program description
Mix Cars Lead Alerts is a text message program operated by Mixcars, Inc. ("Mix Cars"), 4606 Harrison Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. It sends notifications to Mix Cars sales staff when a customer submits a contact form, vehicle inquiry, trade-in request or similar message on mixcars.net, so the customer can be answered quickly.
Who receives messages and how they opt in
Recipients are Mix Cars employees. A staff member is enrolled only after agreeing, verbally or in writing, to receive lead alerts on their mobile phone, and Mix Cars adds the number to the recipient list itself. Mobile numbers are never collected from website visitors or customers for this program. Consent is recorded on the Staff SMS Enrollment Form, which includes the script read to each employee.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with customer inquiries, typically a few messages per day. The program sends no more than 100 messages per day across all recipients. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-enroll. Reply HELP for help, email sales@mixcars.net, or call the office at (540) 993-0066.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in information are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
