2. Written consent

I agree to receive Mix Cars Lead Alerts, automated text messages sent by Mixcars, Inc. to the mobile number below, notifying me of customer inquiries submitted on mixcars.net. I understand that message frequency varies with customer inquiries (up to 100 messages per day across all recipients), that message and data rates may apply, that I can reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help, and that my number will not be shared with third parties for marketing. 3. Record keeping

Signed forms are kept on file at the dealership for as long as the employee is enrolled and for one year after. Removal from the list on request or on reply STOP is immediate; the recipient list is maintained by the owner only.
